Frankfurt Data Centre

The Amsterdam’s AMS 13/14 Data Center project involved supplying skilled labour and specialised equipment to deliver high-quality infrastructure for a leading data centre facility. Our team executed various essential site services, including kerbing, edging, road formation, drainage installation, concrete base construction, and power-floated flooring, to meet the rigorous standards required for data centre operations.
Key elements included deep excavation to prepare the site for utility installations, precise kerbing and road formation for site accessibility, and tarmacking for durable road surfaces. The concrete bases and power-floated flooring were meticulously completed to ensure a smooth, strong, and reliable foundation for heavy data centre equipment, aligning with the project’s high performance and durability demands. This project enhances Amsterdam’s data infrastructure, supporting future growth and digital connectivity.

Demolition & Reconstruction:
We demolished the entire library, preserving just three walls and constructing a new two-storey building. This new structure was designed to accommodate a range of community-focused services and activities, ensuring the space is versatile and future-proof.

New Facilities & Spaces:
The rebuilt library now features several new spaces aimed at serving the community, including Event Gallery, Café, Maker Space, Business Lounge, Community Space, and Outdoor Classrooms

Outcome:
The investment in the newly developed West Wickham Library has revitalised the building and expanded its functionality and appeal. By creating a versatile, multi-use facility, the project has significantly increased the library’s usage and ensured long-term sustainability. The new library now serves as a dynamic hub for community interaction, learning, and business, aligning with Bromley Council’s vision to enhance public and community engagement.

Project Overview:
The Braintree High Street renovation was a collaborative effort between DDG Group and Limegate. Its goal was to revitalise and enhance the street to provide a safer, more accessible, and aesthetically pleasing environment for residents and visitors. The project included extensive hard landscaping, the installation of speed-protective bollards, and the application of resin-bound surfacing. This venture reflects a commitment to sustainable design, improved accessibility, and local aesthetic appeal.

This joint venture has transformed Braintree High Street into a more attractive and accessible space. It supports local businesses by enhancing foot traffic and providing an inviting atmosphere. The Sittingbourne Rugby Club project is an exciting, multi-phase development to establish a top-tier sports facility and community hub. Currently in Phase 1 (Cut and Fill), the project involves extensive groundwork preparation to ensure a solid foundation for the following facilities. In this initial stage, we are grading and levelling the site, readying it for further construction by creating a balanced earthwork profile that optimises land stability.
Upon completion of Phase 1, the project will move into a comprehensive Turn-Key Build Phase, where we will construct and deliver each component needed for a fully operational club. This phase includes:

Clubhouse:
A central facility designed to meet the needs of players, staff, and the local community. The clubhouse will offer modern amenities, meeting rooms, locker facilities, and a welcoming social space.


Two Rugby Pitches:
Professionally designed and constructed pitches tailored to regulation standards, allowing for practice and competitive matches year-round.

Car Park:
There are ample parking facilities to accommodate players, staff, and visitors, with accessibility features for all.

Landscaping:
Carefully planned landscaping to create an inviting and functional outdoor space, including spectator areas, pedestrian pathways, and natural elements to enhance the aesthetic and environmental integration of the site.

Our aim with the Sittingbourne Rugby Club project is to create a state-of-the-art rugby venue that fosters community engagement, promotes sports development, and is a lasting asset for the Sittingbourne area.

The Dargate Industrial Units project in Kent involved comprehensive enabling works and groundworks for developing 48 industrial units. Our scope covered complete site preparation, including utility setup, earthworks, and essential infrastructure installation.
